PREMISE

This document has been prepared for the correct information and management of COVID risk - 19 in our structure and is intended for all kind customers.

In view of the fact that the primary route of transmission of the COVID-19 virus is that from person to person through the droplets of breath that infected people transmit when they exhale, the protocol was set up taking into account the various risk situations.

STRUCTURE

The COVID-19 risk management protocol, in line with national and regional regulations, imposes some changes in the organization of the structure that will make the permanence of customers serene and in total safety.

The cleaning, the sanitization of the rooms and all common areas will be carried out by our properly trained staff, equipped with protective devices, with certified products such as surgical medical devices.

Sanitizing gel dispensers will be positioned in the different areas and can be used by Guests and Staff.

All methods will be adopted to encourage interpersonal distancing in common areas such as the breakfast area, ristorante, bar, swimming pool by spacing tables, chairs, beds that will be completely sanitized each time.

STAFF

The staff of the Hotel Raya, who received comprehensive training on COVID-19 risk management, it will always be equipped with protective devices: surgical mask, disposable gloves, sanitizing gels.

All staff will always be able to support, in total safety, Customers during their stay in the facility.

SERVICES

Reception and Reception

The COVID-19 risk management protocol favors remote customer support via telephone - e-mail.

Customers, before their arrival, will be invited to anticipate the documents for check-in by e-mail and to fill in the online forms required by national and regional legislation.

The Staff will take care of providing indications on the rules of the Structure with respect to the COVID-19 risk, in particular, the obligation not to access the facility in the presence of symptoms or fever of one's own or of one's own partners and to immediately inform of the appearance of symptoms or fever during the stay in the facility.

Reception & Customer Care

The staff will be available to satisfy customer requests 24 hours on 24

Breakfast service

For the safety of guests, breakfast will not be served buffet style but a la carte at the table or in the room.

The tables will be arranged in such a way as to favor the correct interpersonal distancing.

The lounge and / or bar staff will wear masks and sanitize their hands before serving each table.

The menu will be made available through digital means (qr code) and viewable on any device.

Room service

Guests can request room service which can be served with the necessary protections for food. Room service must be requested in advance and in the following ways:

– by writing an e-mail to our staff

– filling in and delivering the form available in the room the night before

Restaurant-Aperitif room

Access to the Restaurant-Aperitif room will be possible upon reservation to allow the Staff to organize the spaces in complete safety.

The lounge and / or bar staff will wear masks and sanitize their hands before serving each table.

The tables will be arranged in such a way as to favor the correct interpersonal distancing.

The menu will be made available through digital means (qr code) and viewable on any device.

Payments and Check Out

The payment agent will always wear the mask and keep the social distancing. It will sanitize your hands before exchanging items (identity documents, payment cards, keys etc.) with the customer and also at the end of the management operations with the same.

The exchange of money or credit / debit cards can be done by wearing disposable gloves by customers and staff or by frequently sanitizing the hands.

Keys or magnetic cards or other objects that will be returned by the customer, they must be disinfected before any other use.

 

COVID-19 CASE MANAGEMENT IN STRUCTURE

If a Guest of the Facility reports flu-like symptoms they should immediately put on the surgical mask and seek medical attention.

The stay of the symptomatic person in the facility is not recommended but if the guest remains, he will be temporarily isolated in a room, pending medical and organizational indications (general practitioner and APSS - Public Territorial Hygiene / Department of Prevention).

The facility's COVID-19 contact person will promptly activate with the Local Health Authority.

Depending on the availability of the rooms, any companions can be moved to another room.

For Guests in temporary isolation, the tray with the meal will be left outside the room.

For the disposal of PPE used for cleaning, the waste in the room, of the disposable material used for cleaning, we will proceed in the following way:

  • Place the objects directly in dedicated bags wearing disposable gloves and close them, do not compress and dispose of them as municipal solid waste following the rules of separate collection;
  • In the case of COVID-19 contaminated waste, insert the sack (s) in an additional sack which will also be closed properly, taking care not to compress and dispose of them as INDIFFERENTIATED urban solid waste.

The same rules apply if a staff member reports symptoms.
